Cancellation Policy 

 

All deposits are NON REFUNDABLE. 

 

A 100% cancellation fee will be applied for cancellation less than 24hrs prior to service date on standard reservations. 72HRS REQUIRED FOR RESERVATIONS REQUIRING MULTIPLE VEHICLES. 100% cancellation fee for Holiday reservations including Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve/Day, New Years Eve/Day. 

 

Company is not liable in the event of mechanical breakdown while on charter and will only be responsible for making up lost time at a mutually agreed date. The client assumes full financial liability for any damage to the limousine caused during the duration of the rental by them or any members of their party. 

 

All our vehicles adhere to our NO SMOKING policy. A fee of $100.00 for each carpet or seat burn. In the event a person becomes sick a minimum sanitation fee is $250.00. Alcohol Consumption and drug use is prohibited by law. Any fines will be paid for by the customer. The driver has the right to terminate run WITHOUT REFUND (if there is blatant indiscretion on the part of the client(s)). 

 

It is Illegal to stand through the sunroof. Smoking is not permitted in any of our vehicles. Overtime pay will apply after the first 15 minutes of prearranged time described on the run sheet. Not responsible for delays or the termination in winter caused by unsafe road conditions (ie. not salted, accidents, etc.). An extra fee may be applied for Wait Time exceeding one (1) hour on all Airport Transfers. Not responsible for articles left in the limousine. Balances for reservations requiring more than one vehicle must be paid 7 days prior to service date; 3 days prior to service date for single vehicle reservations. Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond seating capacity. 

 

Atlantic Limo, LLC (Atlantic Limo of Charleston) requires a major credit card to process the reservation. There will be 4.0% Credit Card processing fee added to the total fare upon final payment.

 

Acceptance of an emailed reservation confirmation constitutes and binds a contract between Atlantic Limo, LLC (Atlantic Limo of Charleston)and a party named on the reservation.
